Shipping and Pick-up

Shipments Within Canada

Vesta Shop uses Couriers Plus for all shipments in Canada.  This service includes online tracking from start to finish.  

Products are eligible for refund within 30 days of the shipment date. 

International Shipments

Due to distributor rights there are some products that we are unable to ship outside of Canada.  If you would like to place an order for shipment outside of Canada please contact Vesta Shop directly and we would be happy to help you with your order.  Shipping rates will be calculated at time of order. 

Shipping Rates (Canada)

Additional fees may apply to delivery to remote locations.  Vesta Shop will contact you if additional shipping rates apply, at which point you may cancel your order for a full refund, if you choose. 

Applicable sales taxes are added to the shipping rates at checkout. 

Pick-Up

Orders may be picked up during regular business hours at our St. Thomas, Ontario store, located at 767 Talbot Street.  If you would like to pick up your order please select this option at checkout.  We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.    

Shipping Times

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.  Delivery times are generally between 1 and 7 days, depending on location.  Delivery times to remote locations may be longer.  You can therefore expect your order to take between 4 and 10 days to arrive at a Canadian residence.  Please note that these are estimated delivery times, as we have no control over delivery.

In the event of a website stock error where the product you ordered is not immediately available to ship, we will contact you directly about your order prior to shipping. 

PO Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Alternate Shipment Addresses

You may select an alternate address for shipment at checkout (e.g. if you are sending the order as a gift or would like to send the shipment to yourself at an address different than your billing address).

Packaging

In an effort to minimize environmental impact, we reuse boxes that have come from our suppliers when possible.
